What to expect

Step 1: Guided Workbook Delivery
You will receive the DIY Guided Workbook.

Step 2: Policy and Procedure Audit
I will conduct a comprehensive audit of your existing policies and procedures so that I can provide detailed feedback and identify areas for improvement.   

Step 3: Priority Roadmap Development
Based on audit findings, I collaborate with you/your team to develop a strategic roadmap, while prioritizing key areas for development.

Step 4: Co-Creation of Policies and Procedures
We will co-create your prioritized policies and procedures in batches. The initial batch will include the first 20 policies and procedures identified, which will be developed collaboratively with you/your team. 
*Any additional policies and procedures beyond the initial batch of 20 will be priced separately.
